Hello and welcome, Here’s a very rare opportunity to acquire a medal to an “Officer Corps” RIC Auxiliary District Commander (DI3) involved in the Irish War of Independence and possible “casualty” (Medically discharged in 1921). Possibly shot in the back in Ireland. Auction is for an original cased WW1 George V Military Cross, period (privately) engraved to 2nd Lt F.T Woodcock, Cheshire Regt.
