USSR Order of Lenin - Fourth Design ( The fourth design was awarded from 1943 until 1991. Gold, with platinum Lenin portrait, suspended from a ribbon). Measures 43mm x 38mm without ribbon. Number 177258 is stamped on the reverse side, the same number is registered in the order document. This order was issued to one Nikolai Ivanovich Topikov by the decree of the Soviet Government on August 3, 1951. There is a military address on the last page, the location is in Siberia's town of Nizhni Tagil.
